Heaviest wedding cake in 11 years!

Looks can be deceiving.

This two tier 3P(Pecan, Pumpkin and Pineapple cake weighed 14 kgs once completed. It is a very moist cake that is jam packed with Butternut, Pecan nuts and crushed pineapple.  White ganache finish with Belgian chocolate surrounding cakes. It was transported on a luggage trolley when it reached the venue.

What a week!
