We have had a few weeks of a large number of birthday cakes for children.

Ryan’s 4th Birthday cake.

“Cowboys and Indians”

A vanilla sponge with a caramel treat filling and coating. The tee pee is a dummy which is easily removable for the birthday boy to keep. Tammy made all the Pettinice finishes for this cake.

EXPRESSIONS OF LITTLE ONES

Sunday afternoons are great for recovery. I have just woken up from a three hour sleep. What a long, busy week we had.

A cupcake week of note. Matilda baked in excess of 200 vanilla ones for orders.

A short blog.

Just a short blog before we get stuck into picnics for Spanish visitors on Safari, celebration cakes, functions, etc, this weekend. To all those who are having to work tomorrow, sterke! We work in order for others to play. Thank you Lord for work.

The heaviest wedding cake. Chocolate Fair. Sam and Dan’s wedding

Barbara broke our record of a 14kg wedding cake with a 23kg one. Two tiers fruit cake and 1 tier carrot cake. Two of us had to carry it.
