PARIS

Just got back from a short visit to Paris. Had a great French cooking course at Cook ‘N with Class. Did a lot of walking, riding on the metro, doing touristy stuff once Pete’s business was over. Ate macaroons, and French foods. Not the rich, creamy type. Strawberries that are all squichy, sweet and juicy. The Eiffel tower is a must. Peter, Nunu and I have moved to the mountain retreat in Mpumalanga, 30km from Nelspruit, situatuted on the edge of the escarpment. On a clear day you can see Barbeton. Renowned for its wild horses, mist and lots of rain, it is a special place.
