This has been the busiest cupcake week we have had thus far. 12 dozen in total, including double decker ones as well.

Mini cupcake cookies for a birthday party. This is our new finish that requires no royal icing finishes on the Pettinice.

Wedding cake tasting went well, with a few brides and grooms choosing my most unusual cake.- Frangelico, Chocolate Raspberry Mousse- a rich(not sweet), tart cake, with dark ganache. A  typical European confection. I think that I should offer it more often, now that I see that it received such good reviews.
