Tammy working on our Alice in Wonderland plaque for a cake next weekend. We will be having Alice diving into the Mad Hatter’s Hat.
A celebration cake can be worked on by four of us before it leaves. Tammy spent a few days perfecting the teddies, balls and blocks. Matilda baked this Tumbles cake and made the white ganache. Michelle put the cake together, I did the overlapping chocolate.

Thank you Lord for answering prayers. The weather was perfect and they were able to have their wedding in the garden at The Birchwood, as planned.

RECENT WEDDING /CELEBRATION CAKES
Quite an unusal finish. This cake was a combnation of a vanilla nougat and a double chocolate cheesecake. The finish was in chocolate pours, milk and dark chocolate ganache. Nougats and truffles.
