As businesses were closing , the rush was on to get those last gifts done, to say thank you to staff and client’s alike.
The Christmas elves at Miz Gooz worked until the 24th,baking, icing and pipeing cookies at a rate of knots. Desserts, stuffed Chickens, marinated fillets all formed part of the last minute rush.

My first attempt at a Pettinice lion. Apparently little David roared when he saw it. Thank goodness, it would have been a disaster if he did not recognise it as a lion. The cake was an Almond Sponge strawberry mousse with white ganache, for the adults.
