Michelle and Neil’s Cake

I think that I should finish my book. Sometimes we think that all is in order. We have all our ducks in a row and then the unexpected happens. One of my brides had ordered Black Bacarra roses, to be specially grown for their wedding and unfortunately the farmer grew Grand Gala.

The family then sprayed the tips of the roses for the whole wedding. What stars. Michelle and Neil may you have a blessed life together.

They choose the Old English toffee mousse cake with a white Belgian chocolate wrap.

Nicole looked absolutely gorgeous when she collected her cake on Saturday evening. Bouncey stars, crystals and silver balls added to the bling of this special 21st celebration.

 

TUMBLES WITH MILK CHOCOLATE GANACHE

It was great to finally meet Alison Lovell of Oxbow. It is a  stunning venue set in tranquill surroundings of many ponds. It is worth  the visit when considering a venue  in the country side(On the way to Bronkhorstspruit). Tumbles with milk ganache for this 40th celebration.

You have been waiting for a peek at our Easter boxes. Here they are. These were an order. We are busy building up the stock for 5th March. These colours are all available as well as others, not yet featured.

“EATING  YOUR VEGETABLES ” has never been such fun. A small range of  our iced butter sugar cookie vegetables are been made especially for out little ones, as well as those who are not so little, who do not like vegetables.

Come and vist our “Organic Garden ”  with a carrot patch, oversized onions, aubergines and more. Our garden has friendly bees, grasshoppers, Pray Mantis, Ladybugs and the occasional scarecrow.
